Charm bathroom complies with the standards currently in force regarding security in online payments.
* All payments made on our site are completely secure. We accept payments with all Credit Cards, Bancomat Pay, PayPal and by Bank Transfer.
We do not accept payments via "PostePay Recharge" but it is possible to use your PostePay card like any other credit card.
Please note that, in the absence of the necessary requirements for the authentication of online transactions with your credit card, the transaction will be automatically repudiated.
* The new directive (PSD2) introduces important innovations, such as strong authentication to access the current account and arrange online transactions.
This makes online payments more secure: in fact, to arrange a payment by bank transfer or card, the account holder must now use at least two of the following three security factors:
* knowledge: something that only the user knows, for example the password or the Pin;
* possession: something that only the user has, for example a smartphone or a key/token;
* inherence: something that distinguishes the user, such as their fingerprint or other biometric data.
For online payments made via the Internet, an additional element is added to these factors, namely a unique code that links the relative amount and the beneficiary to each transaction.
PAYMENT METHODS
1. PayPal

Available only on eligible purchases from €30 to €2,000. See the information sheet and the terms and conditions for more information. Financing with a down payment required. Available only for adult individual customers. Financing for a duration of two months. You have 14 days to withdraw from your financing. The creditor is PayPal (Europe) S.à rl et Cie, SCA, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg. A loan is a binding commitment that must be repaid. Make sure you are able to repay before making a commitment. Limitations apply.
2. Payment by Credit Card
The buyer will have to fill out a form in which the merchant will be asked for the data necessary to fulfill the order (name, address, etc.). The summary page of the virtual store must include the order total and a button that redirects the buyer to the payment page.
Online transactions with Credit Card are carried out directly on the Bank's website, via a Secure Server that adopts the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protection system. This certified protocol allows communication in a way designed to avoid interception, modification or falsification of information. Charm Bathroom does not become aware of the data of the Credit Cards used by its customers in any way and at any time during the transaction.
3. Apple Pay

4. Advance Bank Transfer
By selecting this payment method, the goods will be sent after the transfer has been credited to our account. To speed up shipping, it is essential to indicate the date on which the transfer is made as the "Beneficiary Value Date". The bank details and the amount will be communicated via email together with the order confirmation.
It is not possible to carry out the cash on delivery shipping service for logistical and economic reasons, as the purchasing possibilities and the assortment of products in the catalog have increased. Furthermore, the cash on delivery payment option would significantly affect shipping costs, especially for bulky goods.
