DELIVERY COSTS

The cost of transport will be calculated automatically based on the total amount of the cart.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer and are explicitly highlighted when placing the order.
DELIVERY METHODS

For each order placed on the Supplier's website, the Supplier issues an invoice for the material shipped. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order is valid. No changes to the invoice will be possible after the invoice has been issued.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer and are explicitly highlighted when placing the order. Payment for the goods by the Customer will be made using the method chosen at the time of the order. No additional costs or commissions are due to the Supplier.

The delivery of the ordered goods is intended to be to the living floor.

The goods travel with packaging made directly by the manufacturer or, if necessary, by Charm Bathroom Italy, and appropriately closed.

Without prejudice to the general maximum limit imposed by art. 6 of Legislative Decree 185/1999, the ordered goods will be sent to the Customer possibly within 10 working days from the day following receipt of the payment confirmation for the goods, without any delays constituting a reason for withdrawal from the contract or giving rise to rights to compensation, except as provided for in the aforementioned art. 6 of Legislative Decree 185/1999.

The Supplier guarantees the availability of the Products listed in its online electronic catalogue (within the limits set out in the paragraph “Purchase Methods”) at the time of publication of the same; it is not able to guarantee that any reorders of sold-out lots can be processed, in which case it will notify the Customer and will refund the sums already paid, in the forms and with the methods set out in art. 6 no. 2 of Legislative Decree 185/1999.

In the event that the order is not delivered within the expected timeframe for reasons not attributable to the Supplier (e.g. incorrect address provided), the Customer will be responsible for the costs of redelivery and storage at third party warehouses, which will be calculated from time to time.

RECEIPT AND COMPLAINTS

The Customer is responsible for carrying out, at the time of delivery, all necessary inspections, in order to detect any damage, missing packages, defects or other apparent faults or non-conformities of the Products delivered with his order.

The Customer must verify that the number of packages corresponds to that indicated on the delivery note and that the packaging is intact.

The Supplier guarantees the availability of the Products listed in its online electronic catalogue (within the limits set out in the paragraph “Purchase Methods”) at the time of publication of the same; cannot guarantee that any reorders of sold-out lots can be fulfilled, in which case it will notify the Customer and will refund the sums already paid, in the forms and with the methods set out in art. 6 n.2 of Legislative Decree 185/1999.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS NOT DAMAGED BY THE CUSTOMER

In the event that a Product is defective, the Supplier will repair or replace it; the costs of returning the goods to the Customer will be borne by the Supplier. The costs of returning the product from the Customer to the Supplier will be borne by the Customer. The goods must be returned by the Customer in their original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment); to limit damage to the original packaging, it is recommended to place it in a second box; in all cases, the affixing of labels or adhesive tape directly onto the original packaging of the product should be avoided.

In no event shall the Supplier be held liable for any damage caused to the Product by the Customer or its carrier, prior to or during transport and delivery of the Product to the Supplier. In the event of damage to the Product, the Supplier reserves the right to retain the sums paid by the Customer as compensation for damages, subject to the payment of any appropriate compensation agreed with the Supplier.

Complaints must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. The Products must be sent enclosing any useful photographic documentation and a declaration of the defect found.

Before being replaced, the Product is examined and tested on site and, if possible, repaired or replaced.

The repair or replacement will only take place if there has been no negligence or carelessness on the part of the purchaser in the use and conservation of the Product itself.

Goods that are damaged during transport from the Supplier to the Customer must be returned to Charm Bathroom Italy at the Customer's expense; once they have returned to the premises, they are checked.
