1. PURCHASE PROCEDURES
By connecting to the website, you can purchase our products directly and view their technical specifications. To purchase, simply add your preferred products to your shopping cart and click the "Order" button. This does not obligate the customer to purchase. An order form will then appear, where you can enter your personal information, choose your payment method and shipping address, and read the terms of sale. If accepted, the order will be confirmed. Once the order specifications and the accuracy of the information entered have been verified, the order form will be sent to Charm Bathroom Italy.
Charm Bathroom Italy reserves the right not to proceed with delivery if, following checks, the information entered is incorrect or incomplete.
2. TRANSPARENCY OF PRODUCT PRICES
The prices indicated for all products in the online store include VAT.
Shipping costs are highlighted in the total order price and vary depending on the shipping method chosen (standard or express). Specifically, shipping costs are those indicated in the shopping cart before purchase.
3. PRODUCT DELIVERY
Our products are shipped with Poste Italiane and national and international couriers, with delivery times:
ITALY
- Standard: 5 – 7 business days
- Express: 1 – 3 business days
Charm Bathroom Italy will be happy to consider any email requests regarding destinations that are not yet available, in order to process them appropriately as soon as the relevant conditions are activated.
Delivery times may vary during certain periods of the year (public holidays) due to foreseeable delays in freight traffic.
4. DELIVERY TIMES
Please provide an address that will be manned 24/7 by someone who can collect the order. If this is not the case and the courier is unable to deliver, the customer is responsible for the delivery. They must call the Poste Italiane or the relevant courier to arrange a possible subsequent delivery time, or visit the relevant courier to collect the goods.
5. WARRANTY
Charm Bathroom Italy guarantees that its products conform to the specifications indicated on the order form.
6. PAYMENT
Payment for the amount corresponding to the order placed with Charm Bathroom Italy can be made in the following ways:
- 6.1. PAYPAL:
PayPal is the most reliable way for customers to pay for their online purchases, as their financial information is never shared with the recipient.
With PayPal, you can shop with complete peace of mind and security, as PayPal guarantees the utmost protection of all customer data thanks to the most advanced technological tools.
- 6.2. BANK TRANSFER
Customers can make a convenient bank transfer online or at any bank branch. Payment details are entered in the cart during order confirmation.
- 6.3. Pick-up at our office, located at Via Chiosi 2, – 28010 Colazza (NO).
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, ORDER CANCELLATION, CHANGE OF MINUTES, AND REFUND POLICY
As provided for by Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005, and subsequent amendments, regarding consumer protection in relation to distance contracts, if you are a consumer acting for purposes unrelated to your professional activity, you may withdraw from the purchase contract by returning the purchased goods to Charm Bathroom Italy within 10 business days of receiving the product(s) you purchased, following the Withdrawal procedure explained below. This right, however, cannot be exercised in the following cases:
- Packaged and sealed products opened by the customer with damaged packaging.
- 7.1. Irreversibility of transaction costs:
Pursuant to Art. 1326 of the Italian Civil Code, the sales contract is deemed concluded when the Seller receives the order confirmation. From that moment, the Seller incurs immediate and non-recoverable transaction costs applied by payment networks (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, Credit Cards).
- 7.2. Flat-rate withholding for out-of-pocket expenses:
Notwithstanding the free cancellation policy, and in accordance with Art. 1373 of the Italian Civil Code (Unilateral Withdrawal), cancellation of the order requested by the Customer before shipment (even if immediate or concurrent with the purchase) entails a refund of the amount paid, net of collection and handling fees.
These charges, calculated as a flat rate based on the commissions withheld by the payment provider (e.g., for PayPal: 3.4% + €0.35), are borne by the Customer as they are costs arising from a payment service already completed and not reimbursed to the Seller.
- 7.3. Prior Acceptance:
Pursuant to Art. 59, letter a) of the Consumer Code, by completing the purchase, the Customer declares having read and expressly accepts the non-refundable nature of these administrative costs, exempting the Seller from any liability for any loss in value of the original amount due to the payment system operator's policies.
- 7.4. Exceptions
No charge will be applied if the order cancellation is due to the Seller's direct fault (e.g., product unavailability, shipping error, unjustified delay in shipping).
8. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The contracts governed by these General Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising from the performance of the contracts governed by these General Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Novara. Pursuant to Articles 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code, I declare that I have carefully read and understood these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and expressly accept the following clauses: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8.
9. PRIVACY POLICY

With reference to Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Personal Data Protection Code), we inform you that the processing of your personal data is aimed at providing the service you requested and any resulting compliance with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. We also remind you that, in order to process your request, your data may also be disclosed to external parties who perform activities related to and functional to the operation of the service (such as: IT and telematics system management).
