1. PURCHASE METHODS
By connecting to the site you can directly purchase our products and view the related technical specifications. To proceed with the purchase, simply add your favorite products to the shopping cart, and to proceed click the "Order" button, an operation that does not commit the customer to the purchase. An order form will then appear in which you can enter your personal data, choose the payment and shipping address, together with the conditions of sale which, if accepted, will confirm the order. Once the order specifications and the correctness of the data entered have been verified, the order form will be sent to Charm Bathroom Italy
The latter reserves the right not to proceed with the delivery, if following checks carried out, the data entered is incorrect or incomplete.
2. TRANSPARENCY OF PRODUCT PRICES
The prices indicated for all products found in the online store include VAT.
Transport costs are highlighted in the formation of the total price of the order and vary depending on the chosen shipping method (standard or express). In particular, transport costs are those indicated in the cart before purchasing.
3. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
Our products travel via Poste Italiane and courier, with delivery times:
ITALY
- Standard: 5 – 7 working days
- Express: 2 – 3 working days
Charm Bathroom Italy will be happy to consider any requests via email relating to destinations still outside the target, in order to manage them appropriately as soon as the relevant conditions are activated.
Shipping times may vary during certain periods of the year (public holidays) due to foreseeable delays in freight traffic.
4. DELIVERY TIMES
It is requested that you indicate an address that is manned the entire day by a person who can collect the order. If this does not happen and the courier cannot deliver, the responsibility lies with the customer, who must personally call the post office or the relevant courier to arrange the time of any subsequent delivery, or go to the same to collect the goods.
5. WARRANTY
Charm Bathroom Italy ensures that the products comply with the specifications indicated in the order form.
6. PAYMENT
The payment of the amount corresponding to the order sent to Charm Bathroom Italy can be made in the following ways:
- PAYPAL
PayPal is the most reliable way for the customer to pay for their online purchases, because their financial data is never shared with the recipient of the payment.
With PayPal you can shop with complete peace of mind and security, because PayPal guarantees the extreme protection of all customer data thanks to the most advanced technological tools.
- BANK TRANSFER
The customer can make a convenient bank transfer online or by going to any bank branch. The payment details are entered in the cart during the order confirmation.
- Collections at our company, located in Via Chiosi 2, – 28010 Colazza (NO).
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As provided for by the Legislative Decree of 06/09/2005, n.206 and subsequent additions and amendments, relating to consumer protection in matters of distance contracts, if you are a consumer who has acted for purposes other than your professional activity, you can withdraw from the purchase contract, returning the purchased goods to Charm Bathroom Italy and obtaining a refund of the price paid, without additional charges or penalties for you. You can withdraw from the purchase within 10 working days from receipt of the product/s purchased by you by following the Withdrawal procedure explained below. However, this right cannot be exercised in the following cases:
- Packaged and sealed products, opened by the customer with damaged packaging.
WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURE
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, you must return the goods received at your own expense, intact and unused, to Charm Bathroom Italy, within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods, attaching a copy of the invoice or delivery note. The return must be made by insured postage paid. Packages sent by cash on delivery or with postage due will not be accepted. Charm Bathroom Italy will provide a refund after receiving the communication in which the consumer has expressed the desire to withdraw from the purchase. Shipping and home delivery costs will be borne by the consumer. The condition for exercising the right of withdrawal is the substantial integrity of the product and the packaging.
In all cases of return of goods, the transport costs are borne by the Customer.
8. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The contracts governed by these General Conditions are governed by Italian Law. For any dispute arising from the execution of the contracts governed by these General Conditions, the Court of Novara will have jurisdiction. Pursuant to and for the purposes of Articles 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code, I declare that I have carefully read and understood these General Conditions of Sale and expressly accept the following clauses: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8.

With reference to Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Code regarding the protection of personal data), we inform you that the processing of your personal data is aimed at providing the service you requested and any consequent fulfillment of legal, fiscal and accounting obligations. We also remind you that, for the management of your request, your data may also be communicated to external parties who carry out activities connected and functional to the operation of the service (such as: management of the IT and telematic system).
